This client had an auction company and a real estate development company. In 2025, they launched a real estate brokerage company as well. All of these companies had separate Google accounts, website and domain hosting, and password managers.
After evaluating several third-party migration and consolidation services with the client, we consolidated the cloud services under a single Google account, saving $2000 per year in billing costs.Â
To ease the technical administration, we also consolidated the web host, domain host, email monitoring, and password manager accounts. This halved the super admin task load - user onboarding, account security, device provisioning, policy administration, updates and monitoring, etc. It also allowed Drive files, emails, and Chat conversations to be housed under a single Google account, saving each user significant time and effort in logging in, finding files and emails, and communicating with the team. We conservatively estimated the labor cost savings at $10,000 per year.
