This client began doing personal property and real estate auctions in 2024 in addition to their monthly impound lot auction. I modeled several different auction schedules to determine how many auctions could be added each year.
They ran three personal property auctions with real estate in 2024, producing $1,214,502 in sales without adding any new staff to the four-person crew.
I created an Auction Timeline document that quickly allows the client to schedule auctions during meetings with potential sellers. This document is used to populate the shared company calendar. I worked on the ground doing inventory, cataloging, and loadout to document the process and convert the Tow Lot SOP to a General Auction Manual. I created a company work chat using Google Chat to keep track of upcoming tasks, each assigned to a staff member with a due date, and to coordinate action between the staff at each site.
